Volatility
Volatility is a quantity of how much the price of an asset has moved up or down over time. As a rule, it’s risky to make investments if an asset is volatile, but there are experienced traders who can make use of such fluctuations. To put it simply, it’s like a rollercoaster ride — a price goes up and down, sometimes dramatically.
Volatility could be driven by media, influencers, supply and demand, well-known cryptocurrency fans, and government regulations.
